Jack has overall responsibility for the Groups transactional activities, investment strategies, formation of new ventures and continued growth. Jack previously held positions at King Sturge LLP and Schroders Plc. He has acquired and managed in excess of £5.5Bn of UK real estate.

David Brown is the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Investment & Management Committee. David oversees all aspects of financial risk both at a transactional and corporate level, ensuring the optimal capital structures and reporting are in place. Prior to joining Melburg David held senior positions at Barclays Bank Plc, the Cliveden Group and several private family trusts.

Greg Meller, MSc MRICS, is a Vice President and member of the Investment and Management Committee. Greg is responsible for the origination of new acquisitions and the implementation of investment strategies. Greg previously held positions at Colliers International, Springer Nicolas and DAO Estate, most recently as a Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management. Greg has transacted in excess of £500m of UK Nationwide assets.

Matt Good, BSc (Hons) MRICS, is a Vice President and responsible for the implementation of asset and development management strategies across the portfolio. Prior to joining Melburg Matt held positions at GVA and IO Asset Management LLP, where he was responsible for both portfolio management and investment activities. Matt holds a First Class Honours degree in Estate Management from Northumbria University.

Lucy Marvin, BA MSc, is responsible for Melburg’s daily operations. She has over 6 years’ professional experience having previously held roles at Burlington Estates in London and 2x4 in New York. Lucy controls the office management function along with marketing and corporate collateral, human resources, compliance and health and safety. She holds a BA degree from the University of Leeds and an MA in Entrepreneurial Management from Chester University.
