Melburg Shortlisted For ‘Deal Of The Year’ At Bristol Property Awards
Melburg has been named as a finalist in the ‘Deal of the Year’ category at the 2019 Bristol Property Awards, in recognition of its off-market acquisition of 15-33 Union Street.
The 65,000 sq ft property, principally let to discount retailer Wilkinson’s, sits in Bristol’s prime retail pitch within close proximity to the Galleries Shopping centre.
The off-market nature of the acquisition – from a private UK institutional investor – the lot size and the speed with which Melburg was able to execute the transaction made this one of the most significant deals in Bristol during the year.
The transaction, which completed in late 2018, brought Melburg’s acquisitions to £330 million over the previous 15 months.

The winner will be announced at a gala ceremony at Ashton Gate in Bristol on May 17th.
