Terry Keeley is a Senior Advisor with shared oversight of the Investment, Management and Sustainability Committees. Terry provides guidance on all aspects of financial risk both at a transactional and corporate level.

Terry is one of the founders of N9NE Studio, a film development fund, specialising in the development of animation film and TV series, feature film and high end television.

He previously worked as Group COO & CFO for WRM Group in London , where he was responsible for all group operations and finance ( Luxembourg SICAV, wealth manager in Zurich and a reinsurance company in Zug) he joined WRM in September 2016 from StormHarbour Partners LLP, where he was a Partner and Chief Operating Officer in London helping to develop a globally recognised investment bank, focusing on the origination, structuring and distribution of asset based financing and securitisations. Terry was also involved on a number of M&A transactions onto StormHarbour’s asset management platform.

Prior to StormHarbour Terry was a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Novator Partners LLP, where he was responsible for all finance and operations across a wide range of funds as well as Thor Bjorgolfsson private balance sheet of telco’s, pharma and financial services.

Terry began his financial career at Chase Manhattan Bank where, after completing the internal credit course, he worked as a trader on the money markets and interest rate options desk; leaving Chase he became Treasurer of Tokai Bank Europe (UFJI).

Jack Burgess BSc (Hons) MRICS is the Chief Executive Officer of Melburg Capital. Based in London, Jack is a member of the Investment, Management & Sustainability Committees. He has overall responsibility for the Groups transactional activities, investment strategies, formation of new ventures and continued growth.

Jack has over 20 years’ experience in commercial real estate. He began his career at King Sturge LLP (now Jones Lang LaSalle) before moving to Schroders, the FTSE 100 global asset and wealth manager. Whilst working within the flagship Schroder Exempt Property Unit Trust (SEPUT), the c.£2.5Bn platform became the largest UK fund to convert to a Property Authorised Investment Fund (PAIF) which coincided with the significant outperformance of its benchmark over a rolling three year period.

Jack founded Melburg Capital in 2015 and has acquired and managed in excess of £5.5Bn of UK real estate. He is a member of the Investment Property Forum (IPF), Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is a Patron of the Royal Academy of Arts.

Helen Blair MA ACA ASIP is the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Investment & Management Committee. She has overall responsibility for finance and oversees all aspects of financial risk and reporting.

Helen qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Price Waterhouse specialising in the financial services sector before moving to Schroders where she worked in the private bank as a fund manager and wealth adviser. Before joining Melburg, Helen was CFO at Succession Corporate Finance Limited, and a private investment advisory business. Helen has an Economics Degree from Cambridge University.

Andrew Burns BSc (Hons) MRICS is the Head of Asset and Development Management. Andrew is a member of the Investment, Management & Sustainability Committees. He has overall responsibility for the Groups Asset and Development Management activities.

Andrew has over 17 years’ experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Melburg Andrew held senior positions at London & Regional Properties, GVA and Cushman & Wakefield, having started his career at King Sturge LLP (now Jones Lang LaSalle) in 2005. Andrew holds an Honours degree in Estate Management from the University of East Anglia.

George Fisher, MSc is an Investment Analyst and member of the Investment Committee. He is responsible for financial underwriting, ongoing quantitative analysis and property and fund accounting.

Previously, George worked as a Multi-Asset Investment Analyst at Investec and has since held investment & research roles at two UK REIT’s, LondonMetric and Helical. George holds an MSc in Finance and Management from The University of St Andrews

Lucy Marvin, BA MSc, is responsible for Melburg’s daily operations. She has over 10 years professional experience having previously held roles at Burlington Estates in London and 2×4 in New York.

Lucy controls the office management function along with marketing and corporate collateral, human resources, compliance and health and safety. She holds a BA degree from the University of Leeds and an MA in Entrepreneurial Management from Chester University.
