Melburg, the privately owned real estate investment and development company announce the continued growth of their logistics platform with the off-market acquisition of the former Alanod HQ, Chippenham Drive, Milton Keynes. .
The transaction represents their fourth owner occupier acquisition within 6 month for the highly discreet investor as they continue to organically grow their supply chain infrastructure platform. The sale also marks the final step in the closure of the Alanod UK operation.
The property is located immediately adjacent to Magna Park, with prominent occupiers including Amazon, H&M, John Lewis & Partners and GXO and benefits from junctions 13 and 14 of the M1
