Melburg acquired the asset in May 2018 and immediately submitted a planning application to redevelop the site providing a fully serviced urban logistics offer. Having achieved planning consent the part demolition and subsequent redevelopment was completed in Q1 2020, with a large proportion of the estate pre-let to national occupiers.
